Dear students Every journey, however long it may be, begins with a single step, but
you must take that step. Once you do that, each step will take you closer and
closer to your goal. The winds in management and information technology seem
to shift with ever increasing speed. Today's technology is bypassed tomorrow,
and firms hailed by industry today, may be in crisis next quarter. The forces
of globalization, deregulation, increasing competition, privatization and
technological change have had a major impact on management education. We, at
Advance Institute of Management (AIM) have responded to those changes by
refocusing our strategy to meet the needs of liberalized economy. AIM has the
mission of preparing global leaders, who create, manage and effect timely
change across diverse organization. In times of uncertainty we believe that we
cannot prepare a future for the next generation but we can certainly prepare
the next generation for the future. The various programmes at AIM give equal
